Cookery Workshops!
I know it is a bit late and Christmas already seems light years ago but I have only just found a minute to sit down and write about the Cappi Cooks Christmas baking workshops that took place in the run up to Christmas. We had two lessons, Christmas baking and a gingerbread house workshop. They were so much fun! As much for me as for those who attended and I was really chuffed and impressed with the great baked goodies that were produced. The Christmas baking included mince pies, red velvet cupcakes, stained glass cookies and DELICIOUS white chocolate and cranberry Blondies (the recipe of which I will post soon because they are way too good to be just for Christmas). The gingerbread house workshops allowed everyone to make a horde of gingerbread snowflake cookies and men and then decorate/smother a home made ginger bread house with royal icing and sweets.
Regrettably I took very few pictures of the results and especially of all the fantastic and individual gingerbread houses. Here are a couple of very shaky, very shady photos... I hope you can still see how cute they are!
I also managed to get a couple of pictures of one of the kiddies novel way of storing all her many many gingerbread babies!
